Kendra, Burnt Stew’s principal, graduated in 1994 with a B.Ed/M.Ed stream Bachelor of Education and has taught at Sheridan College, Capilano University, Northern Lights College and a number of private training locations including the Whistler Library, Pemberton Library, Whistler Community Services, Ts̓zil Learning Centre, N'Quatqua Band and with numerous 1-1 home and business clients. Specializing in custom built training courses and curriculum, Kendra works with students and clients to provide personalized training focused on Apple O/S, iOS, Microsoft Systems and technology use. About Kendra

Kendra began working on the first mass market Apple Macintosh in 1986 while attending the University of Waterloo. She was hooked. After working at TVOntario in Toronto as an Apple help desk technician and apprenticing there as an Apple support professional, she moved permanently to Pemberton, B.C. in 1995. A year later she founded and launched Burnt Stew Computer Solutions and in 1996 received Apple Authorizations to open the local Apple Reseller and Service Provider location in Whistler, B.C. In 2023 Kendra returned to her Consulting, Support and Training roots and transitioned the business to Burnt Stew Consulting Services.

After 28 years of providing Apple Sales and Service to the Sea to Sky, Kendra continues to be committed to being the point of contact for everything Apple within this community. An avid supporter of Shop Local and recycle programs, community initiatives and volunteerism, Kendra has offered her time on both the Whistler Chamber of Commerce as both Director and Chair of the board and Tourism Whistler board of Directors as an Ex-Officio member. Working closely within the community is something Kendra personally enjoys. She continues to volunteer on Strata Councils, Task Force and other committees within Whistler following her terms on the Whistler Chamber board. An avid skier and biker, Kendra makes the most of her days by juggling work/life/family commitments.

A dedicated people person, Kendra looks forward to assisting with all your Apple requirements locally here in Whistler. Now partnered with Simply Computing in North Vancouver, Burnt Stew continues to provide our community with sales, support and all things Apple.
